The email system 'KKORespond' enables businesses to exploit the untapped potential of their databases and to set up and self-manage unlimited e-marketing and communications campaigns.
Adam Stone, managing director of Rokk Media said: "We design each client's email and make sure that it works technically. Clients are able to manage their own campaigns and there is even a mini-customer database so that they can record follow-up actions."
The system is used extensively by local and regional businesses and organizations including Devon County Council, Exeter Airport, Exeter Chiefs and Exeter City Football Club.
Adam Stone added: "Building St Loye's website gave us a real insight into the wonderful work the charity does in training and helping disabled people and those with long term health issues get back into work.
"It's been a momentous year for the business having relocated to larger premises and doubled the size of our staff. We always strive to put something back into the community in which we work so we were delighted to support St Loye's Foundation in this way."
Karen Clarke, St Loye's Head of Business Development and Marketing commented: "This is a superb gesture by Adam Stone and his team at Rokk Media who have not only donated the system but has also given us unlimited free credits.
"St Loye's future success depends on the ability to clearly communicate our aims and objectives and to connect with those people and businesses which can help us achieve them.
"This email marketing system has tremendous potential for helping us to do this."
