Paul is responsible for the Case Management and Support team. His team ensure that trainees are assisted and supported throughout their journey with St Loye’s. From trainee’s initial thoughts as to how they will go about entering or re-entering employment, right through to the stage when they are ready for and enter into the world of work, the Case management and Support team are on hand.Paul joined St Loye’s Foundation in 2008, having worked as a senior manager in the social care sector for many years. Paul has experience of managing services for a wide range of marginalised groups including people with learning disabilities, mental health issues and the homeless.
