How to apply
Access to Government FundingGovernment funded applications must be made through your Disability Employment Adviser (DEA) at your nearest Jobcentre Plus office. If you call St Loye's on 01392 286204 we will be able to put you in touch with your local Disability Employment Adviser.
Your DEA will look at local training options with you before considering the specialist support offered by St Loye's which is funded by the Government's Residential Training Unit.
If you haven't already visited St Loye's, your DEA may suggest that you come to one of our regular Open Days. We also offer one-to-one interviews to those who cannot come to an Open Day.
Once you and yo our DEA are sure that St Loye's is the best option for you, an Application for Training form will be filled in and sent to the Government's Residential Training Unit.
As soon as funding is approved, your DEA and St Loye's will be notified and St Loye's will contact you about your assessment. Once the assessment has been completed and providing you're ready for training, St Loye's will then work with you to develop your Individual Employment Plan.
The application for funding process can take some timme and we may contact you to see how you are getting on. We also work very closely with your DEA. If you would like additional support during this referral process then please contact us on
