To Brittany House - Main Site for St Loye's Foundation
By Train
Visit www.thetrainline.com to plan your journey to Exeter by rail, or call National Rail Enquiries on: 08457 48 49 50.
There are two train stations; Exeter St Davids and Exeter Central. From Exeter St Davids, catch the H1 or H2 bus to Exeter High Street, from here walk towards Waterstones book shop by Boots and turn left onto New North Road. On turning the corner you will be able to see Brittany House to the left, ahead of you. To enter the building, take the next left onto Bailey Street, then next right onto Northernhay Place and the entrance is on the right.
By Bus
Intercity buses arrive at the main bus station. From here, exit onto Paris Street turn right and continue up the hill. Cross the High Street continuing on New North Road and past Watestones book shop by Boots on your left. You will see Brittany house ahead of you to the left and follow the directions above.
By Taxi
From Exeter St Davids & Central Railway stations, or Coach Station- ask for St Loye's reception at Brittany House on New North Road. Please remember to keep your receipts if
your travel expenses are to be reimbursed.
By Car -
Please note that there is no parking at Brittany House, for information on the nearest car parks please follow this link http://www.exeter.gov.uk/index.aspx?articleid=1418 the nearest car parks are King Williams and Howell Road.
From the North (M5)
Leave the M5 at junction 29, at the traffic lights turn right onto Honiton Road (A3015) signposted towards Exeter. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit signposted to the city centre. Carry straight over at the next roundabout and under the bridge. At the traffic lights turn right onto Sidmouth Road (B3183) Carry straight along this road which turns into Heavitree Road, following signs for the city centre. After approximately 2 miles, take the 2nd exit at the roundabout (you will see Vue Cinema to the right) onto Paris Street (B3183) Continue through two sets of traffic lights, past Waterstones bookshop on the left, at the next set of traffic lights you will see Brittany House up and to the left. Turn left at these lights onto Bailey Street and first right onto Northernhay Place. The entrance to Brittany House will be on the right.
From East (A30)
Follow A30 towards Exeter until it becomes the A0315 Honiton road at the M5 junction. From here follow the instructions above.
From the South, South West A38/ A380
Join the A30 towards Okehampton, exit at the Alphington/ March Barton turn off. Take the 2nd exit signposted towards Exeter City Centre (A377). Carry straight along this road for approximately one mile, at the Exe Bridges roundabout, follow signs for the City Centre then Inner City By Pass (B3212). Continue straight on the inner city by pass/ Western Way. at the roundabout (Vue cinema is straight ahead) take the first exit to Paris Street (B3183) follow the directions as above.
From the West (A30) Okehampton/ Cornwall
Follow the A30 towards Exeter. Exit at the Alphington/ Marsh Barton turn off. Take the first exit signposted towards Exeter City Centre (A377). Follow the directiosn as from the South/ South West.
To the Topsham Road Site, Topsham Road, Exeter. EX6 4EP
By Train
From St Davids train station, take an H1 or H2 bus to the High street, from here catch K, T, R or S bus and ask to get off at St Loye's on Topsham Road. If arriving at Central Station, walk to the high Street and catch the K,T, R or S bus as above.
By Bus
Buses travelling past St Loye's Foundation Topsham Road site are: 57, X38 and 85A. If travelling from Exeter High Street, catch the K, T, R or S as above.
By Car- There is car parking on site.
From the North (M5)
Leave the motorway at junction 30. Follow signs to Exeter City Centre (A379). After approximately 1.5 mile, take the 3rd exit from the roundabout towards the city centre and signposted 'Crematorium', passing the public house 'Countess Wear' on your left. After approximately half a mile, pass the Exeter Crematorium on the left, then turn left just before the traffic lights under the footbridge. St Loye's entrance is immdiately on your left.
From the East (A30)
Join the M5 at junction 29. Remain in the left hand lane which shortly becomes the exit road for junction 30. Leave the motorway at junction 30. Follow signs for Exeter City Centre. The same directions from hereon apply as from the North.
From the South, South West (A380/A38)
Remain on the A38 until it becomes the M5 and leave at junction 30, keeping to the left hand lane of the exit road. Follow signs to Exeter City Centre. The same directions from hereon apply as from the North.
To the Horticulture Department - West Hill Gaden Centre, Exmouth Road, Westhill, Ottery St Mary. EX11 1JZ
Head out of Exeter towards Honiton on teh A30. Exit at the Daisymount turnoff, at the first roundabout take the 4th exit onto Exeter Road (B3174 signposted Exmouth adn Ottery St mary). At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit to the B3180 signposted to West Hill. After approximately 150 meters there is a sign for West Hill Nursery, the entrance to St Loye's Foundation and West Hill Garden Centre is just past this sign.
To The Neath Office - St Loye's Foundation, D'Arcy Business Park, Llandarcy, Neath. SA10 6EJ
Arriving from the the South/ Cardiff (M4)
Exit at junction 43, take the first left at the top of the slip road. After approximately 250 meters take the 2nd right (right turn immediately after pasing Harvested Restaurant on the left). After approximately 100 meters, take the 3rd exit on the roundabout (down the hill). Turn right immediately in front of the Shaw Trust building at the bottom of the hill, then left and left again into the car park- St Loye's is directly infront of you.
Arriving from the West/ Swansea (M4)
Exit at junction 43, take the 2nd exit towards Llandarcy, follow directions as above from the slip road.
Arriving from East/ Neath (A465)
Take the A465 towards the M4, head straight over the M4 roundabout towards Llandarcy, follow directions as above from the slip road.
