A very BIG thank you to Ivor Doble The Jeweller for generously sponsoring our team's running tops this year!
Look out for our St Loye's bright purple tops with the Ivor Doble logo and give our charity runners a wave!
Training for The Great West Run on Sunday 2nd May is off to a flying start for Team St Loye’s and we are encouraging more people to join us!
We are asking runners with places in the half marathon to pick St Loye’s Foundation as their chosen charity or sign up for the 3 mile city centre fun run taking place on the same day.
Our Team St Loye's runners will be joined by St Loye’s trainees and staff including the charity’s Chief Executive, Chris Knee who collectively ran over 90 miles last year raising £2,700.
“Having been at St Loye’s for so long I truly believe that what we do makes a difference, I've seen it for myself. Training is difficult, but the charity motivates me to push myself hard. I really feel I can do this!”
Kerry, Fundraiser - Trusts & Legacies
In return for going the extra mile, Team St Loye’s runners will receive:

"The confidence our trainees get from learning a trade and achieving qualifications to go out and find a job they enjoy to support them and their family is invaluable. I believe that local people have always been interested in St. Loyes Foundation and I think that by doing this run I will help bring attention to the fact that the charity is still here and still needs the support of the local community."
