Supported Living

Supported Living

We believe that wherever possible people should have their own tenancies, enabling them to access the full range of financial benefits and purchase the support they require to lead independent lives. Such service users have the advantages of independence with the reassurance of individually tailored support to enable them to exercise choice and control over their own lives.

No matter what the level of disability, it is our goal for all our service users to answer “yes” to the following Reach Standards:
I choose who I live with
I choose where I live
I choose who supports me
I choose how I am supported
I have my own home
I choose what happens in my own home
I make friendships and relationships with people on my terms
I am supported to be healthy and safe on my terms
I have the same rights and responsibilities as other citizens.

We are able to work in partnership with not for profit housing providers and local landlords in the development of bespoke services for service users with complex needs.
The service is aimed at people aged 18 to 65. Based in Exeter our services cover Exeter and East Devon. Support is also available outside this area by negotiation.
