Positive Opportunities is our charitable project supporting people with autism spectrum conditions (ASC) to move towards and sustain employment.

Our employment mentors  support a group of clients with varying degrees of autism using the ‘place, train, sustain’ model of supported employment. This essentially means that clients are helped on a 1-2-1 basis to find a job, and then through job coaching and in-work support they are assisted to sustain their employment.

We fund this project, supplemented by fundraising.

Who is eligible?

Anyone who has an autism spectrum condition (ASC) and lives in the Exeter area.

Referral route

Self-referral or via a third-party organisation.
