POST: Administrator (Reception)
HOURS: Part time – 19 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 12.15pm to 5pm daily (some degree of flexibility to these hours)
BASE: Central Exeter
REPORTING TO: Senior Administrator
SALARY: £14,000 per annum pro rata
CONTRACT: Permanent
An opportunity has arisen for a part time Administrator (Reception) to work in our Head Office in Central Exeter.
Main duties will include being the first point of contact on Reception for visitors and dealing with telephone enquiries to the Foundation. Therefore a good telephone manner is essential. You will also deal with incoming and outgoing post and faxes. You will have a proven experience of working within an administrative role as you will be required to assist the Admissions team with various tasks including the updating of the internal database and various excel spreadsheets.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, be approachable and polite.
