2012 – Our 75th Anniversary

St Loye’s Foundation will celebrate 75 years of helping people with mental health conditions and physical disabilities in 2012. To commemorate the occasion, several events are planned as well as a wide-reaching fundraising campaign.

Our Plans For 2012

Paralympic Ambassadors

St Loye’s has an agreement in place with three Team Bath Paralympic swimmers, who will provide ambassadorial support in the build up to London 2012.

Liz Johnson (left) first represented Great Britain in 2000 and has gone on to great success, winning a gold medal in the Beijing 2008 Paralympics and numerous other medals. She also recently starred in Channel 4’s ‘Inside Incredible Athletes’.

Kate Grey (centre) just missed out on the medals in Beijing on her Paralympic debut, finishing just a quarter of a second away from                                                                    a bronze.

David Hill (right) was the youngest British athlete at the Athens 2004 Paralympics, making the final of the 100m Backstroke at the age of just 15.
